BIOGRAPHY
Ricardo Jaramillo, a Pilates Teacher Trainer, imparts his expertise both in his native Spain and internationally. As the founder and director of "Nature Pilates Studio" and "Nature Pilates Education" in the heart of Madrid, he conducts Teacher Training Programs in Spain and abroad, personally instructing and overseeing his faculties. Ricardo's reach extends to various countries, including Spain, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Poland, Israel, Russia, Turkey, and the USA. Notably, he has been a Mat Presenter at the PMA Conference in the USA for five consecutive years.
Having graduated in Physical Education and earned a Degree in Structural Osteopathy, Ricardo received his initial Pilates Certification from Power Pilates New York. His journey continued as he became a Pilates Teacher Trainer and an anatomy instructor at the Pilates Wellness and Energy (PW&E) education program. Since 2008, he holds the Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Teacher designation (PMA® NCPT No. 11130).
Ricardo's dedication to education is evident in his roles as a teacher for the Masters program "Integración Social y Práctica Físico Deportiva" at the UAM Autonomous University of Madrid in 2019 and 2010. In 2017, he was appointed as an Expert for the National Institute of Professional Qualifications (INCUAL) of the Ministry of Education of Spain. Continuously learning, he has attended seminars led by distinguished teachers, including Mr. J.H. Pilates' first disciples, Mary Bowen, Lolita San Miguel, Ron Fletcher, and others.
In his Madrid studio, Ricardo instructs Pilates to the Spanish National Dance Company (CND Compañia Nacional de Danza). Recently, he authored the book "Pilates en la Práctica" (Published by Oberon - Anaya Multimedia). Today, Ricardo's unique perspective on Pilates is acknowledged by professionals as a groundbreaking approach that enhances the understanding of human body movement, equipping students with analytical tools for their growth as Pilates professionals.

Expanding the use of the Reformer for the innovative and creative Pilates instructor. Starting from a selection of exercises from the Classic Reformer Repertoire, Ricardo will add movement plans, leading us to variations that both preserve and expand the essence of these exercises, as well as proposing new approaches respectful of the Method. Experienced Pilates Practitioners: Individuals already familiar with Reformer exercises who aim to deepen their knowledge and explore variations.
